Steps for preparing the camera ready version for accepted papers and the IEEE copy right have been emailed to the authors. Also can be find here.

In order to have your paper included in the proceedings successfully, the following steps should be done before September 15, 2019:

1- Carefully revise the article according to the comments received by the reviewers and proofread the source document thoroughly.

2- Format the paper according to the guidelines accessible from the Authors Guidelines page.

3- Add the appropriate copyright clearance code notice to the bottom left corner of the first page (footer) according to the following categories:

For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-7281-5075-8/19/$31.00 :copyright:2019 Crown
For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-7281-5075-8/19/$31.00 :copyright:2019 European Union
For all other papers the copyright notice is: 978-1-7281-5075-8/19/$31.00 :copyright:2019 IEEE



4- Add the following header to the first page of the paper: 9th International Conference on Computer and Knowledge Engineering (ICCKE 2019), October 24-25 2019, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad

5- Validate your pdf file obtained from the previous step, by following the steps provided by email to you.
If your pdf file is valid, you will receive an email showing that your file has passed pdf check successfully. Otherwise follow the tips to revise your article and upload the pdf file again.
Once you are informed about the successful pdf check, download the approved file by clicking on the paper title.

IMPORTANT: Any changes made to a PDF after IEEE PDF eXpress Plus conversion or PDF checkin g may invalidate Xplore compatibility. This includes headers, page numbers, copyright notice, watermarks, etc. If any of these elements are desired, they should be added to the document before a PDF is created.

6- Pay your registration fee. Fore more information, please see the Registration Fee page. No refund request is accepted.

7- After validating your pdf file, upload the followings via the user panel:

the validated PDF file of your article.
a zip file containing
the source files:doc/docx or latex files


All the above steps should be done before September 15th.

8- Complete the procedure of IEEE copyright transform online via the user panel. Note that the IEEE e-copyright form is not available now. More details about the submission of the copyright form and its start date will be announced later.

9- We will contact you on how you have to prepare your presentation after 15th of Sep.
